Thanks Meliss. On a positive note, she's doing much better now, though it's in Tennessee with her birth mom. We made the tough decision to send her there, and to have her stay, at least for the time being. She's just about passed her GED tests, then she's enrolling in nursing school. Plus, she's making a little money selling jewelry, and enjoying her new (2nd) family. They have to follow their own path.

OfflineUm.. this is just a suggestion. Why don't you enroll her in an all girls boarding school? So that she will be forced to attend classes plus she will be monitored. It was good academic and non-academic programs, I'm sure she will find something that will interest her. I know it might be a little drastic but if you really want her to successfully finish school when she seems to be "not interested" then it would good for her.
